Job Description

  • • Prepare tender documents, scope of works and construction contract to the biding
  • • Review the construction drawing for the VE (Value Engineering) and coordinated with designer for the deduction works of construction works
  • • Coordinate with designer for the construction and construction issue and drawing conflict
  • • Project management: Leader of the construction team (Admin, Engineer, Draftsman, Supervisor, Forman and employee on the construction site and control the construction costs, sub-contractor, coordinated with consultant for the inspection, prepare document for the payment claim
  • • Prepare organization chart for the construction team
  • • Prepare month report and construction schedule
  • • Coordinated with Chinese purchasing department to follow up on the materials on site to be follow the construction schedule.
  • • Prepare PR to order material and monitor material on site schedule and store
  • • Site inspection check the progress work and construction defect and quality of contractor's
  • • Check progress claim from main contractor and clarify VO & VE from contractor and coordinated with QS for the information support
