Job Description

  • - Conduct personal hygiene, production area, and equipment inspections according to the GHP and 5S inspection plan.
  • - Support internal and external audits and prepare audit documents for GHP, PRPs, Halal, and FSSC 22000.
  • - Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve and follow up on CAR closure.
  • - Manage document control including new registration, revision, cancellation, and distribution of all quality documents within the facility
  • - Train employees on quality systems and food safety.
  • - Manage pest control in collaboration with suppliers to comply with the plan and stay within trigger limits.
