  • Managing your own business: 1. Receive customer orders

Job Description

  • Managing the spare parts department, with assigned responsibilities as follows:
  • 1. Entering customer information for parts orders at the store, WR claim customers, and sales customers.
  • 2. Requiring spare parts for repairs.
  • 3. Assigning spare parts according to the packing list. 4. Distributing spare parts to customers at the store and claim customers.
  • 5. Check parts order information.
  • 6. Check and store parts in stock.
  • 7. Check products according to delivery notes.
  • 8. Greet customers at the store.
  • 9. Answer customer calls.
  • 10. Scan tax invoices (deposit) and send them via LINE.
  • 11. Photocopy customer claims and spare parts orders (BP).
  • 12. Paste repair orders into the Paint Shop Book, Volume 33. 13. Sign the parts order book according to the repair orders in the spare parts department.
