Job Description :

1. Coordinate with tenants and related departments within the shopping center.
2. Monitor and ensure that all tenants comply with the shopping center’s rules and regulations.
3. Follow up on new shop decorations, openings, and dismantling works to ensure they are completed according to the approved design and schedule.
4. Receive and handle tenants’ complaints or issues, coordinate with relevant parties, and ensure timely resolution.
