• • The company produces automotive parts of Window Regulator, Lock, Seat Parts, etc.
• • The main customers are TOYOTA, MMTH, Nissan, Mazda, Suzuki, ISUZU, NHK. etc.
• • The production process are the 100-200T Single Press, 600T Progressive Press, Sub Assy, Final Ass’y Process, and Packing Process.
• Production Dept. Manager Job : (Single Press, 600T Progressive Press, Sub Assy, Final Assy Process)
• • Management the operations process of an assigned production area to ensure that volume, demand, cost, and quality standards are achieved.
• • Implement and control the annual, monthly production schedule, daily plan.
• • Determine the human resources required.
• • Manage human resources to meet production targets.
• • Plan a production schedule for the job.
• • Implement standard operating procedures for production operations.
• • Ensure that standard operating procedures.
• • Ensure implementation to health and safety procedures.
• • Implement and enforce quality control and tracking to meet quality objectives, problem -solving.
• • Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems.
• • Determine and implement improvements to the work shop, production process.
• • Prepare and maintain production reports.
• • Monitor and review the performance of Leader, Supervisor, staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement, and good communication.
• • Estimate production costs.

• • Plan or implement material flow management systems to meet of production requirements.
• • Solve of problems concerning of transportation, logistics systems, local parts, imports or exports, or customer issues.
• • Monitor product import or export processes to ensure with customer requirements.
• • Ensure to company policies or procedures for product delivery, inventory, material, transportation.
• • Supervise the work shop of logistics, delivery, planners, or schedulers.
• • Negotiate with suppliers or customers to improve supply chain efficiency.
• • Develop and reduce of risk management for logistics, inventory, material.
• • Ensure to environmental, safety as work place.
• • Plan or implement improvements to internal or external logistics systems or processes.
• • Development for transportation systems.
• • Manage of human and material resources to meet production targets
• • Ensure implementation to health and safety procedures
• • Preparation for transportation or logistics reports for ways to improve efficiency or minimize the environmental impact of logistics.
• • 5s Conduct or review safety, environmental audits for logistics, such as storage, distribution, inventory or transportation.
• • Kaizen and Develop plans preparation or set goals to reduce cost or budget.
• • Determine the material resources required.
• • Ensures the flow of materials supply, or parts handling route.
