Project : Operation and Maintenance Contract for the Baggage Handling Conveyor System (Special Equipment) at the Satellite Terminal 1 (SAT-1), Suvarnabhumi Airport (Project Value : THB 560 Million)

Responsibilities & Achievements
1.Developed preventive maintenance documentation for all Special Equipment, including:
-Detailed Action Plans, daily, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual preventive maintenance schedules.
-Special Maintenance Programs aligned with the O&M Manual, Supplier Specifications, and Supplier Recommendations.

2.Supervised and controlled the maintenance operations of Special Equipment in the Baggage Handling System to ensure compliance with maintenance plans, analyzed performance data, coordinated with relevant departments, and resolved technical issues to enhance system reliability and efficiency.

3.Planned, advised, analyzed, and troubleshooted maintenance activities of Special Equipment to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with project standards and specifications.

-Prepare and review Shop Drawings and Detail Drawings for conveyor systems and related equipment.
-Perform Quantity Take-off (BOQ) and verify site material quantities in alignment with the approved budget, including cost estimation and quotation preparation.
-Develop overall project schedules and detailed action plans for execution.
-Procure materials and equipment in accordance with approved quotations, while managing cost control and project risks.
-Supervise production and assembly processes to ensure compliance with engineering design and specifications.
-Develop and manage installation planning and sequencing to ensure efficient and safe execution.

2. Site Supervision & Inspection
-Supervise installation works for conveyor systems and electrical systems in accordance with approved drawings and safety standards.
