• 1. Design & Planning
• Develop architectural concepts and design solutions based on client needs and project goals.
• Prepare sketches, drawings, 3D models, and presentations.
• Ensure designs meet functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability requirements.
• Integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems into the design.
• 2. Project Documentation
• Produce detailed drawings, plans, and construction documents (using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
• Specify materials, finishes, and construction methods.
• Coordinate architectural documents with other disciplines (engineering, interiors, landscape, etc.).
• 3. Client Communication
• Meet with clients to understand their requirements and budgets.
• Present design proposals and make revisions based on feedback.
• Maintain ongoing communication throughout the design and construction process.
• 4. Coordination & Collaboration
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure design integrity.
• Participate in project meetings and site inspections.
• Resolve design and technical issues during construction.
• 5. Project Management
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
• Review and approve shop drawings and material samples.
• 6. Quality & Compliance
• Ensure all designs meet safety, accessibility, and environmental standards.
• Perform site visits to monitor construction progress and quality.
• Provide post-construction evaluations or as-built documentation.
