Job Description :
- Verify import documents (Invoice, Packing List, SWB, etc.)
- Coordinate with shipping lines (ONE, Hapag-Lloyd, Evergreen) to check ETA, DEM via website
- Check vessel/container status via port websites (E-Tracking, Hutchison Port , etc.)
- Coordinate with EDI and customs teams to prepare import documents
- Prepare and track import licenses (TISI, P.Q.5)
- Notify customers of import declaration status (Form 0409)
- Regularly update customers and agents on cargo/container status
- Plan cargo loading schedules and handle urgent container requests
- Enter SWB details and issue Delivery Order (DO)
- Forward documents to the accounting team for processing
