Job Description

  • I have worked in the Student Club for 4 years as the Head of the Ceremony Department. - Prepared and organized various project-related documents, such as project approval requests and progress reports. - Managed team operations and coordinated closely with team members to ensure successful completion of tasks. - Planned and arranged ceremonial events related to club activities, ensuring smooth and proper execution. - Coordinated with internal club departments, including Finance, Activities, and Public Relations, to facilitate seamless operations. - Liaised with departments both within the faculty and external organizations to ensure activities and projects were carried out according to plan. - Communicated and coordinated with key stakeholders such as speakers, honored guests, and external parties involved in events. - Oversaw ceremony details, including event sequencing and preparation of equipment and venues, to ensure proper and timely execution. - Served as the main host Master of Ceremonies for major club events and activities. - Took meeting minutes and prepared official meeting reports. - Recorded key decisions and resolutions to create action plans based on meeting outcomes. - Prepared formal documents such as invitation letters for guest speakers, executives, and related departments. - Coordinated with different teams to ensure tasks were completed according to the project timeline. - Managed and organized important project documents, including plans, schedules, and progress reports. - Prepared meeting materials such as agendas and progress summaries. - Acted as a communication hub between the project leader and team members to ensure smooth information flow. - Supported administrative tasks during the seminar day, including registration, document preparation, and guest assistance.
