Job Description :

- Participated in vascular physiology research using a rat experimental model under close supervision of faculty members and veterinarians at the Laboratory Animal Center, Naresuan University. Responsible for basic animal care, handling, health monitoring, and preliminary data recording.
- Reviewed scientific literature to support research planning and experimental design in vascular physiology As per the assigned research project.
- Prepared tissue samples for histological evaluation: fixation in formalin, paraffin embedding, microtome sectioning, and staining using H&E and Massons Trichrome methods.
- Provided essential support in data collection and statistical analysis using GraphPad Prism and ImageJ.
- Maintained accuracy, consistency, and compliance with laboratory protocols, strictly adhering to research methodologies while identifying and resolving procedural issues that could affect data quality.
- Collaborated effectively with the research team and supervising instructors, sharing laboratory techniques and assisting in complex experimental procedures to promote smooth teamwork and efficient knowledge transfer within the project.
- Assisted in maintaining laboratory equipment, preparing reagents, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
