Job Description

  • Issue a tax invoice and receipt - Assisted the team in successfully monitoring outstanding Accounts Receivable. - Prepared and issued tax invoices and receipts for customer payments. - Record incoming payments in the accounting system. - Coordinate with the sales department and customers regarding payment issues. - Prepare accounts receivable aging reports for management review. - Verify purchase orders (PO), tax invoices, and delivery notes. - Check accuracy of prices, quantities, dates, and payment terms. - Processed over supplier invoices monthly using SAP MIRO, ensuring timely payment processing. Set up vendor accounts for payment processing according to due dates. - File and maintain accounting documents properly for audit purposes. - Perform monthly stock counting and reconciliation. - Maintained and prepared ISO System Documentation (9001, 14001, GSP, HACCP) to ensure departmental compliance.
