Job Description

  • - Assist passengers by helping them check their check-in times, ensuring they have all the necessary information for a smooth process.
  • - Support passengers in obtaining their queue tickets, making sure they feel comfortable and informed about the next steps.
  • - Help passengers verify their flight numbers before check-in, providing guidance to avoid any confusion or delays.
  • - Call passengers to board the flight and organize them into lines based on their seating zones, ensuring an orderly and efficient boarding experience.
  • - Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive atmosphere and assist with any additional needs that may arise during the boarding process.
