Job Description

  • - Order Allocation and Capacity Management: Collaborate with the commercial team and factories to manage high-volume order allocation (exceeding 1 million orders per quarter). This involves carefully reviewing factory capacity and capability, ensuring all orders are fully aligned with the production capacity and capability.
  • - Production Plan Analysis: Analyzed production plans to ensure production completion at least 1 week before the export date, guaranteeing timely shipment. This involved making sure all resources were ready and creating backup plans for potential delays of raw material issues.
