Job Description

• - Lead meetings to discuss and refine mold concept designs, ensuring all team members are aligned on objectives and timelines.
• - Oversee the approval process for new mold concepts (DFM), select appropriate mold materials, and respond to customer RFQs effectively.
• - Create detailed 3D and 2D designs for mold die casting, ensuring precision and adherence to project specifications.
• - Implement modifications to mold tooling as per Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and follow up on repairs to maintain production efficiency.
• - Provide design support for jig tools used in the production line, enhancing operational workflow and productivity.
• - Compile and summarize data for reporting to management, delivering insights on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to inform decision-making.
