  • - Utilize the ECRS (Eliminate, Combine, Rearrange, Simplify) methodology to streamline operations, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
  • - Analyze current changeover practices to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, leading to faster transitions between production runs.
