Job Description

  • Key Achievements & Responsibilities: Project Land Management & Right-of-Way Resolution - Successfully managed all land acquisition and resolved complex Right-of-Way issues for three major national infrastructure projects: the Fourth Transmission Pipeline Projects, the Fifth Transmission Pipeline Project, and RA#6 Ratchaburi Pipeline Project - Led on-site negotiations with villagers and coordinated with government agencies, including the Department of Lands and ERC, ensuring smooth project progression and fostering positive community relations - Oversaw contractor compliance for the Natural Gas Transmission System, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and safety standards - Legal & Contract Management - Drafted, reviewed, and managed a wide range of legal documents, including rental contracts, sales contracts, and power of attorney agreements, supporting seamless land rights registration - Proactively conducted inspections and managed encroachment on PTT land and pipeline networks, mitigating potential risks in accordance with the Energy Industry Act - Regulatory & Government Affairs - Managed the official announcement process for the Natural Gas Pipeline Network Area, ensuring full legal and regulatory compliance - Acted as the primary liaison with key government bodies such as the Court of Justice, Legal Execution Department, and Administrative Court to resolve legal disputes and facilitate official processes.
