Job Description

  • Research and develop beverage products such as Plant-based drinks (Goodmate Brand), Milk Tea (Ochasan brand), Carbonated drink (Ochasan brand) and Dietary Supplements (Ultimus brand) - Coordinate with suppliers and business partners to source raw materials for product trials and commercial production - Calculate product cost and implement Cost Reduction Projects to improve production efficiency - Analyze competitive products to identify strengths, weaknesses, and unique selling points for product improvement - Prepare raw material specifications, production process and ensure compliance with food regulations - Present products to clients (cafs and restaurants) and organize promotional activities - Coordinate with OEM partners for supplement production and conduct product knowledge training for the sales team.
