Job Description

  • Gas tungsten arc cladding on steel with carbide particles reinforced - Investigated the effects of adding three types of carbide powders (TiC, WC, CrC) on the microstructure, strength, and wear resistance of GTAW-cladded steel surfaces - Performed microstructure and mechanical analysis using OM, XRD, SEM, residual stress measurement, and tensile testing combined with Acoustic Emission (AE).
