Job Description

  • Responsibilities:
  • - Inspect and analyze the operation of utility systems (main and backup power systems, medical gas systems, air conditioning and ventilation systems, sanitation and wastewater treatment systems, communication systems, shuttle transport systems, elevator systems, fire prevention and suppression systems).
  • - Plan and implement preventive maintenance (PM) activities and coordinate maintenance according to the Maintenance Agreement (MA) with external companies.
  • - Manage repair requests: assess urgency, monitor resolution, and ensure timely completion.
  • - Support quality assurance activities (HA, JCI) and maintain building infrastructure in accordance with safety standards.
  • - Oversee and control projects for upgrading building systems/critical areas such as patient rooms, ICU, negative pressure isolation rooms, dental centers, rehabilitation centers, dialysis centers, operating rooms, delivery rooms, endoscopy centers, outpatient departments (OPD), and building structures for JCI accreditation.
