Job Description

• - Analyze and deliver B2B and O2O sales performance data, including tracking and promotion effectiveness.
• - Support Key Account Management in arranging sales forecasts, budget accruals, spending reviews, and compensation clarifications.
• - Manage New Product Development listings and negotiate overall promotion grids and marketing campaigns.
• - Review Joint Business Plans with key account customers to align targets and drive business growth.
• - Conduct store visits to monitor brand visibility, competitor activity, market trends, and check POS materials/media/shelf talkers/displays.
• - Work closely with key account customers, trade marketing, and customer service to ensure smooth operations.
• - Monitor and follow up on order fulfillment with the supply chain team and track on-time delivery.

Job Description

• - Analyze data for reports: total sales, off-take by store, performance review.
• - Collaborate with area sales to plan and close the gap, minimum 5% compared to last year's baseline.
• - Visit store(s) at least once a week to ensure new product development (NPD) is displayed according to planogram (POG) and to record competitors' promotions, activities, and market trends.
• - Participate in Joint Business Planning (JBP) or business reviews: summarize Month Over Month (MOM) performance.
• - Propose new product development (NPD) and promotional proposals, ensuring delivery dates are met and confirmed with the buyer.
• - Update the assortment monthly to verify on-invoice discounts in Baht.
• - Conduct promotional briefings with the Product Coordinator (PC) and manage the allocation of Point of Sale Materials (POSM) to stores/distribution centers (DC).
• - Clear and claim invoices for discretionary and contractual spending in coordination with the finance team.
• - Coordinate with the asset team for new store openings to ensure timely preparation and delivery of assets.

Job Description

• - Analyze net sales and gross sales from SAP for Key Account Management (KAM) to review total sales volume and month-to-date sales for each product group/flavor.
• - Analyze daily volume in tons, packs, and cases to discuss total sales for each store and region with KAM.
• - Accrue the budget for promotions and other expenditures by reviewing historical data for compensation.
• - Process invoice claims by verifying against proposals and off-take data, ensuring that compensation does not exceed off-take.
• - Review the data and analysis (D&A) between sales, finance, and the raw materials team to align and finalize monthly spending.
• - Collaborate with the finance and controller teams to ensure accuracy and reduce over or under accruals for optimal forecasting in the upcoming period.
• - Update D&A spending, off-take, and shipping data.
• - Create a monthly bulletin document to inform the Field Execution (FE) team about in-store promotions.
• - Contact buyers to deliver new product development (NPD) samples or mock-ups prior to launch.
