Job Description :
- Management of fuel consumption data: Prepare reports analyzing fuel consumption rates per vehicle (km/liter) to control costs.
- Monitoring driving behavior: Track speed reports and vehicle usage through GPS systems for safety.
- Fleet status planning: Summarize the number of vehicles available and unavailable on a daily basis to support transportation operations.
- Maintenance management: Oversee scheduled maintenance checks, tire replacements, and servicing of all transport/rental vehicles.
- Accident management: Coordinate repairs, monitor vehicle status, and handle insurance claims.
- Registration and contract management: Oversee tax renewals, vehicle insurance compliance, and ensure rental contracts are managed accurately and timely.
- Vehicle tracking system management: Ensure the readiness of GPS equipment and temperature monitoring systems for continuous operation.
