  • Project: Viaduct Segment Production for Thai China High-Speed Rail Project Contract 3-4 (Lumtakong Sikhiu and Kut Chik Khok Kruat Section) - Calculated and analyzed project costs compared with income on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis to monitor financial performance. - Prepared regular reports covering daily to yearly production and transportation performance. - Inspected formwork assembly quality before concrete casting of viaduct segments. - Conducted quality control inspections on completed precast viaduct segments. - Planned and implemented repair methods for defective viaduct segments. - Performed inspections of viaduct segments before delivery. - Participated in root cause analysis of quality-related issues and proposed effective solutions. - Coordinated with consultants for inspections and corrective actions.
