Job Description

  • Coordinate between IT teams and users to ensure the project proceeds as planned - Prepare and monitor the Project Plan, Timeline, and Milestones - Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation such as TOR, Requirement Documents, Meeting Minutes, and Status Reports - Track project progress and report to the Project Manager - Support system testing (UAT, SIT) and coordinate with users to gather feedback for improvements - Assist in resolving issues that arise during the project and escalate to relevant stakeholders in case of scope creep.

Job Description

  • Gather requirement from business users and analyze for design - Technical requirement (e. g. Feature, Activity Diagram, Use Case, AB Testing) and design mockup - translate business requirement and discuss feasibility with developer for software development - communicate with product owner for objective alignment and project timeline management - work closely with developer and business user for project status update, UAT result, and monitoring after deployment - Resolved delayed deliveries by identifying root causes, developing action plans, re-prioritizing tasks, communicating with stakeholders, and monitoring progress - To perform SIT, lead UAT, and key user training - Solve problems with work equipment for employees.
