Job Description

  • -Welcome customers and visitors.
  • -Answer all incoming telephone calls and distributes to the departments.
  • -Receive and register all incoming letters, parcels and documents then distributes to the departments.
  • -Prepare and send outgoing mails and courier.
  • -Coordinate with messenger service to deliver documents to destination.
  • -Update the head office telephone directory.
