Job Description

  • - Provide customer service in 7-Eleven stores, answering questions and resolving issues to ensure the best possible customer experience.
  • - Maintain the orderly layout of the store, creating a welcoming and convenient shopping environment.
  • - Responsible for financial management, including cash collection and daily sales verification.
  • - Manage and maintain cleanliness in the sales and service areas to ensure a neat and sanitary store.
  • - Coordinate with store staff to ensure smooth operations, including managing working hours and training new employees.
  • - Monitor inventory and place orders as needed to ensure product availability.
