Job Description

  • - Conduct manual testing for websites and mobile applications, ensuring end-to-end functionality meets quality standards.
  • - Develop comprehensive test case documents using spreadsheet files and Jira Zephyr Scale to track testing progress and results.
  • - Collaborate directly with the development owner to address and resolve issues, utilizing chat for quick communication or logging tickets in Jira for tracking.
  • - Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) on the app or web application, followed by post-release testing in the production environment to confirm all features function as intended.
