Job Description

  • รับแจ้งปัญหาจากผู้ใช้งาน (Helpdesk / Service Desk) - แก้ไขปัญหา Hardware, Software, Network เบื้องต้น - ติดตั้งและตั้งค่าอุปกรณ์ เช่น PC, Notebook, Printer, Scanner - ให้คำแนะนำการใช้งานโปรแกรมและระบบต่าง ๆ - ตรวจสอบและบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ - อัปเดตระบบปฏิบัติการและซอฟต์แวร์ให้ปลอดภัย - จัดการสิทธิ์การเข้าถึง (User Account, Permission) - ตรวจสอบการเชื่อมต่อ LAN/Wi-Fi - แก้ไขปัญหา IP, DNS, Firewall เบื้องต้น - ประสานงานกับทีม Network สำหรับปัญหาซับซ้อน - ติดตั้งโปรแกรมตามมาตรฐานองค์กร - อัปเดต Patch และ Security Update - ตรวจสอบ License ให้ถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย
