  • ADMIN TRANSPORT OFFICER
  • - Execute the preparation and control of procedures for opening and closing various types of documents within the system that customers have submitted for processing.
  • - Record data to create a history, verify processing, and monitor daily KPI values to evaluate work performance.
  • - Summarize and compile all documents for closure and recording to be returned to the customer.
  • - Prepare documentation along with the products in cases of damage, summarizing the issues to inform the customer for preventive measures and to utilize debt reduction with the transport items, while collecting documents as evidence for debt reduction.
  • - Develop a transportation schedule plan to control the timing of product deliveries, ensuring that drivers can pick up products and deliver them to the designated destination on time.
  • - Submit withdrawal documents (sales orders) to retrieve products from the warehouse.
  • - Coordinate with the Checker staff to count and verify products, ensuring that the quantities match those stated in the purchase order documents.
  • - Conduct joint inspections of the products before loading them onto the transport vehicle to prevent errors before forwarding them to the customer as indicated in the documents.
