Job Description

• Conduct quality inspections of products from the raw material receiving stage through the production process and packaging stages.
• Develop plans for Swab tests and Air tests, collect samples, and report results.
• Create plans for random audits of employee handwashing cleanliness.
• Verify GMP standards in the production line.
• Issue Non-Conformance documents and ensure closure according to the quality system.
• Inspect raw materials, chemicals, and packaging used in the production process to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Inspect products before release, both for domestic and export, to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Prepare quality reports for products prior to export.
• Coordinate with relevant departments, such as Product Development and the warehouse, when issues or irregularities are identified.
• Assess risks related to quality, food safety, and the delivery of products from partners according to quality system standards.
