Job Description

  • Conducted an independent laboratory research project on andrographolide-induced apoptosis in Primary Effusion Lymphoma (PEL) cells. Performed cell culture, compound treatment, protein extraction, Bradford assay, and Western blot analysis to evaluate key signaling pathways (PI3K/Akt, ERK, p38 MAPK, NF-B). Analyzed densitometry data and identified p38 MAPK activation as the primary apoptotic pathway under the tested conditions. Prepared scientific figures and presented findings in an academic setting.
