• - Establish guidelines for the team's operations to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness by monitoring actual outcomes.
• - Plan and control the team's work to increase sales and meet monthly targets.
• - Analyze the market and competitors within the area of responsibility.
• - Develop the annual budget and effectively manage the team's budget each month to achieve the highest efficiency and effectiveness as specified.
• - Provide suggestions and guidance to the team regarding problem analysis or situations and finding solutions or current market conditions to ensure continuity and effectiveness in the team's operations.
• - Review and monitor the team's results to ensure that established goals are met and in compliance with company regulations.
• - Implement the promotional plans and marketing activities set by the commercial marketing department to stimulate sales and promote the consumption of the company's products through ON TRADE channels (restaurants, pubs, bars).
• - Define strategic plans for activities and product distribution suitable for the area of responsibility and present them to management.
• - Monitor market trends, research, and analyze internal activities and competitors to develop strategies for greater opportunities in the market.
