Job Description

  • - Plan the production of precast concrete (PC) components for single-family homes of various designs with heights ranging from 2 to 3 stories, as well as for condominiums and dormitories with heights from 4 to 18 stories, to effectively meet customer requirements.
  • - Oversee the operations in the PC production process to ensure compliance with the quality standards set by clients, by closely monitoring and evaluating production outcomes.
  • - Extract specifications for various projects to enable accurate cost estimation that aligns with customer needs.
  • - Hold a relevant professional license and possess proficiency in using computer software for design and data management.
