Job Description

  • - Prepare bills of lading (B/L) and invoices accurately, ensuring all details are correct and aligned with customer requirements.
  • - Handle booking arrangements efficiently to secure shipping space and meet deadlines.
  • - Coordinate with customers and shipping lines, communicating effectively to clarify any discrepancies and ensure all necessary documents are in order.
  • - Follow up with all parties involved to confirm that shipments are processed smoothly and on schedule.
