Job Description

  • This is a project by the National Digital Economy and Society Commission (NDESC) to create community digital centers to provide people with internet access even in remote areas.   • Position 1: KYC Data Verification Officer Verified customer identification documents and approved accounts for Bitkub use.
  • Position 2: Need Call Customer Relations Officer Contacted customers to follow up and assist pending verification cases. Collected and reported feedback using Google Sheets and Slack.
  • Position 3: Reject Call Customer Relations Officer Contacted customers whose KYC applications were rejected and guided corrections. repared daily reports via email using Zendesk.
