Job Description

  • Managed the centralized system unit responsible for processing order data from branches to ensure that all Lotus warehouses in Thailand can withdraw products and generate performance and withdrawal summary reports for each warehouse. Additionally, oversaw the IT support team on-site to resolve hardware or software issues occurring at the warehouses. If on-site solutions were not feasible, coordinated with the IT headquarters to address system-related problems.
