Job Description

  • In charge of all payrolls, and processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions. Data-related audits to ensure 100% compliance and work on ad-hoc projects depending on the needs of the Business Unit. Process payroll for employees accurately and on schedule. Generate reports related to payroll, taxes, and benefits. Assist with audits and other financial reporting requirements. Executed work related to monthly and daily subcontract personnel's payroll, assessment, promotion, bonus, annual income tax withholding, etc. Ensure payroll is compliant to company policy, Legal/Statutory/Labor Law declarations and responsible for filing and hard copies of payroll/statutory documents. Prepare yearly employee contribution change rate, work s men compensation fund reporting and payment. Submit monthly Tax (PND1) and payment & Submit yearly Tax (PND1A) report, SSO, TISCO, PVD, Disabled Persons Fund, Kor Lor 11, Student loan. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to compensation and benefits programs. Manage and maintain the HRIS database, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates of employee records. Serve as the point of contact for HRIS-related queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system functionality. Input and maintain employee information in the HRIS, ensuring that data is accurate and up to date. Process employee changes such as promotions, transfers, salary adjustments, and terminations within the system. Conduct regular audits of the HRIS to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies. Support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Assist in the performance management process, including appraisals and feedback sessions. Provide administrative support for HR-related matters as needed. Assist in preparing HR reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
