Job Description

  • - Rechecking the Ocean freight / Airfreight with Shipping company / Airline.
  • - Finding the cost for all ports / Airport in worldwide.
  • - Offering the most efficient rate to the customers via email.
  • - Coordinating with other department such as Customer service / Accouting etc.
  • - Handling problems and solve as the customers arise.
  • - Making official quotation as company's regulations and send email to the customers.
  • - Rechecking the cost and close when get an invoice from shipping line and close for rechecking the profit for each job.
  • - Updating the rate every half month to customers.
