Job Description

  • IT System Support and Maintenance - Monitored and responded to computer and peripheral repair requests logged via the hospital's intranet system. - Installed and updated Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suites for staff use. - Assisted with new computer setup and basic network troubleshooting in various departments. - Installed and supported specialized hospital applications, including the HIS system and dedicated file-sharing services. - Performed printer setup and sharing configurations, and resolved common printing issues. - Software Development Developed 3 web applications to digitize hospital workflows and improve data management: Anaesthesia Record System: A web application for logging anaesthesia procedures and medications, featuring a dashboard for data visualisation to minimise paper usage. One day one chart QA System: A system for assessing and monitoring the quality of nursing documents in alignment with NHSO standards. Nursing Division KPI Recording System: A digital solution for recording, storing, and reporting nursing outcome indicators.
