Job Description

  • 1. Customer Reception and Service
  • • Welcome guests upon arrival
  • • Provide information about the hotel, accommodations, and amenities

Job Description

  • • Verify and adjust the GD and CARGO information for daily flights to ensure accuracy according to the flight plan.
  • • Staff the automatic check-in machine and provide guidance to passengers on how to use the automatic check-in system.
  • • Facilitate passengers and provide assistance at the check-in counter.
  • • Process baggage tagging for passengers.
  • • Check documents and equipment at each counter to ensure they are ready for use.
  • • Open and close the check-in counters and maintain order in the service area.
  • • Provide wheelchairs to passengers in need of assistance.
  • • Deliver relevant documents to the gate and correctly install flight and zone signage.
  • • Assist passengers from the baggage claim area to boarding the aircraft.
