Job Description

  • - Received and recorded drone usage issues from customers through various channels (sales, service centers, technicians) - Analyzed product issues to initiate the repair or warranty claim process according to the manufacturer's terms - Assessed damaged spare parts in collaboration with the technical team - Coordinated with customers to schedule appointments for repair or warranty services and communicated details of the parts that need replacement - Collaborated with distributors to ensure smooth processing of repairs and claims - Worked with the technical team to resolve issues related to the products for customers - Coordinated with DJI in cases where products could not be used normally to find solutions or initiate product exchanges with the manufacturer - Recorded information into the DJI system (After-sales service platform) to process DJI product claims according to specified conditions, ensuring data and details of malfunctioning equipment/products are collected, such as images, videos, and usage information - Verified credit refunds from product claims according to conditions in the DJI system (After-sales service platform) and in the Lark system - Monitored the progress of repairs and provided updates to customers - Ensured the quality of repair work by technicians met the standards of the company and the manufacturer - Recorded repair and claim data, including the date of repair/claim, parts replaced, post-repair test videos, and payment information in the Airtable system - Prepared product requisition documents in the Zort system based on the technician's assessment - Created documents for parts extraction from drones in the Airtable system and emailed relevant parties when urgent parts were needed - Followed up on spare parts orders with the purchasing department and prepared requisition documents to forward to the technical team for retrieval - Processed orders for spare parts and products in the LARK system to generate purchase documents, ensuring all items required for order matched the credit amount received - Coordinated the delivery of warranty or spare parts to distributors - Organized spare parts according to the quotation - Prepared quotations in the Flowaccount system based on customer orders - Conducted marketing on online platforms.
