Job Description

  • The business is a group of energy companies, with its core business in generating and supplying
  • electricity, steam, clarified, demineralized and chilled water. Glow’s business is divided into
  • Independent Power Producer (IPP) and Cogeneration business lines. Total generating capacity of
  • 3,206.668 MW of electricity, 1,206 tons per hour of steam, 5,482 cubic meters per hour of
  • processed water and 3,400 refrigerated tons of chilled water. The job responsibilities are as below:
  • 1. To effectively manage a portfolio (10 customer in MTP or 25 customers in PD) of customers’ utilities supply agreements as well as other activities related to major customers, including any amendment of existing agreements or re-negotiation of the existing agreement term for extension.
  • 2. Administer the utilities sales agreement to ensure that both the company and the customers have complied with the agreement that according to internal and external audits requirement and company policy & procedure with legal concern.
  • 3. To be the focal point to industrial customers for both commercial and technical issue. In order to maintain customer relations and satisfaction with internal effectiveness, i.e. internal division as O&M, control room, RCM, AO, Metering, marketing, engineering etc.
  • 4. Emphasis is primarily placed on providing customers information in term of supporting company’s business of one another, also assisting in problem resolution and coordinating as the key contract between customer and technical & operation support functions from operation team.
  • 5. Achieve agreement with customers on timeline and company standard and can extend of existing customer contract for new project or renewal.
  • 6. Commercial negotiation in case dispute portion and unclear contract with make the report to management and reach to win-win business of commercial term.
  • 7. Develop and recommend alternative and solution to management as a part of commercial, any dispute issue and requirement to evaluate all possible solution according to the company’s strategy.
  • 8. Clarify and investigate with approval an invoice, debit note and credit note related to external factors impact as fuel, raw water, CPI, exchange rate etc.
  • 9. Supervise and analyze the monthly sales summary, assumption, plant status and variance report with compare to budget to submit executive.
  • 10. Support customer intelligence information database in part of customer relations according to reliable information and qualitative report.
