Job Description :

Plan purchase quantity and allocate stock to meet demand forecast and store requirements. Monitor product status, sales performance, and stock movement to ensure target sales and reduce slow-moving items.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (warehouse, commercial, supplier) to align supply and sales strategy. Prepare and analyze reports such as OSA, weekly sales performance, and S&OP to support business decisions.
Combine and maintain daily operational data (warehouse stock, store orders, picking, and sales by store) for tracking and analysis.
Manage focus product allocation and support intensive product projects to control inventory in both warehouse and stores.
Evaluate supplier performance related to service level, lead time, and supply consistency.

Job Description :

Review and consolidate the forecasts from the demand team. (Lotus, Makro, and all customer channels)
Allocate quota duck to the sales team based on the forecast and upload the supply quantity into the system.
Manage the transportation plan from the factory to the DC in time for customer order cycles.
Monitor the stock at the DC and plan for replenishment. (DC balance)
Consider safety stock at the DC to support customer orders. (normal orders, ad hoc orders, and event orders)
Add new products and maintain master data. (unit conversions)
Maintain product statuses. (active or inactive)
Prepare service level daily and weekly reports.
Handle jobs as assigned by management.
