Job Description

• Inspect and repair customer homes, analyze and identify repair solutions, measure quantities to prepare BOQ, submit proposals to the department head, and lead the team in supervising contractors to carry out repairs as assigned, concluding the work with the customer and preparing reports for the supervisor. - Repair common areas such as clubhouses, show homes, sales offices, and renovate homes for sale or other assigned tasks. Analyze and identify repair solutions, measure quantities to prepare BOQ, submit proposals to the management, and procure contractors to carry out repairs. - Perform basic electrical repairs within homes, identify causes of power outages in critical areas, and other related tasks. Replace and install electrical equipment, including plugs, switches, light bulbs, and circuits. - Conduct QC inspections to control the quality of homes (architectural work) and prepare reports for the supervisor. - Undertake other repair work independently to reduce company costs, such as installing door hardware/removing and replacing, installing sanitary fixtures/removing and replacing, adjusting aluminum door/window frames, repairing laminate flooring, fixing leaking roofs, and repairing leaking aluminum doors/windows, among others.
