Job Description

  • • Product Consultation and Presentation: Advise customers on the features, specifications, and advantages of mobile phones and accessories (such as headphones, Smart Watches, Power Banks).
  • • Technical Understanding: Accurately explain the functionality, operating systems (Android/iOS), and how to use applications or connect devices to customers.
  • • Sales and Inventory Management: Responsible for sales figures, invoicing, and overseeing the arrangement/counting of stock in the store.
  • • Basic After-Sales Service: Assist customers with device setup, data transfer, or basic troubleshooting.
