Job Description

  • Close out expenses in both land and sea operations according to accounting documentation - such as customs declarations, invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading (B/L) - coordinate internally and externally regarding additional expenses outside of the quotation, such as notifying outstanding charges and overtime for staff - inform about freight rates (fuel prices) and prepare summary reports on transportation costs for clients - check the status of vessel departure dates - and other tasks as assigned.
