Job Description

  • Management of equipment and materials for fieldwork - Execute the requisition and return of equipment and products for the Service Team and Installation Team, which are required for daily off-site operations - Inspect the quality and readiness of equipment before delivery to the team to ensure effective usability - Control and manage inventory accurately and systematically - Water quality testing and coordination with external agencies - Conduct quality checks on water samples collected from the field within the company's laboratory - Sort and dispatch certain water samples to external agencies, such as Test Tech and the Department of Medical Sciences, for microbiological analysis, including Total Bacteria Count (TBC) and Legionella - Follow up on inspection results from relevant agencies and analyze the obtained data to improve work quality - Coordination and support for the field operation team - Prepare and send emails notifying clients of scheduled work assignments in advance, allowing clients to prepare accordingly - Oversee and support various teams, including the Service Team, Cooling Tower Cleaning Team, and Condensate Pipe Cleaning Team - Review and compile operational reports, such as the Cooling Tower Cleaning Report and Condensate Pipe Cleaning Report, and send these reports to clients for evaluation and maintenance planning - Maintenance of machinery and related equipment - Perform maintenance work on machinery and equipment related to mechanical engineering systems, such as 2HP Water Pumps and Jet Sprays - Carry out preventive maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure machinery operates efficiently - Management of company vehicles - Responsible for maintaining all company vehicles in operational condition, with primary duties including inspecting vehicle conditions and performing scheduled maintenance, replacing batteries and tires as appropriate, and addressing immediate repair issues in case of emergencies - Renew vehicle registration, tax, and inspection as required.
