Job Description

  • Responsible for Accounts Payable (AP) accounting, verifying and recording invoices from suppliers to ensure compliance with agreed-upon payment terms, preparing payment and debt collection documents, checking the accuracy of receipts and tax invoices, and processing and recording check payments or bank transfers to suppliers. Performed miscellaneous duties, which are work-related, as assigned.
