Job Description

  • Reviewed and verified product information to ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards before publishing on the platform. Conducted product compliance verification per SKU, validating certifications/documents (EGAT, TISI, FDA) against specific product models. Verified TISI certifications by cross-checking license numbers submitted by sellers with the official TISI website and assessed whether products required mandatory or general TISI certification based on their category to ensure authenticity and compliance. Approved or rejected product listings based on compliance results, providing clear reasons for rejection. Recorded and maintained daily product data (approved/rejected SKUs) in Google Sheets for tracking and reporting purposes. Monitored the backend system for product errors, communicated issues to sellers, and coordinated with internal teams to ensure accurate product listings. Compiled monthly reports, including rejected products, summarizing product compliance and SKU status for management review.
