Job Description

  • Responsible for managing and executing training and personnel development operations within the organization, covering safety courses, functional skills, leadership, new sales, and employee orientation programs, with the following responsibilities:
  • - Plan the annual training program and prepare the training budget in alignment with organizational policies.
  • - Recruit, select, and coordinate with both internal and external trainers.
  • - Manage training expenses, including the disbursement of trainer fees and related costs, ensuring adherence to the established budget.
  • - Design course structures and prepare training materials such as registration forms, evaluation forms, and post-training follow-up forms.
  • - Design and produce promotional materials for training courses.
  • - Systematically record and maintain employee training history.
  • - Summarize and analyze training evaluation results for presentation to management and for use in future planning.
  • - Design follow-up processes after training to assess the effectiveness of practical application.
  • - Prepare and submit training documentation to the Department of Skill Development in compliance with legal requirements.
  • - Conduct training sessions in the format of online training.

Job Description

  • Oversee the education of master's degree students in the Graduate Program in Business Administration (MBA) at the Faculty of Business Administration, Kasetsart University, from the admission process until graduation.
  • 1. Manage the application process, including the issuance of the academic calendar and public relations.
  • 2. Conduct selection examinations and coordinate with relevant parties such as administration and faculty to design the selection process.
  • 3. Organize the teaching schedule and coordinate with both internal and external lecturers.
  • 4. Coordinate study tours both domestically and internationally.
  • 5. Organize examination schedules and coordinate matters related to examination papers.
  • 6. Responsible for overseeing thesis work and independent study of students.
  • 7. Collaborate with the Graduate School to submit for oral examinations and register graduates.
  • 8. Conduct rehearsals for graduation ceremonies.
