Job Description

  • - Oversee and manage the construction process from planning to actual implementation by coordinating with the team and clients to ensure that work is completed on schedule and meets established standards.
  • - Regularly inspect and evaluate the quality of materials and construction to ensure that the work performed is of high quality and safe.
  • - Order necessary materials and equipment for the project.
  • - Prepare progress reports for the construction work, including analysis of issues that arise and proposing solutions to keep management and the team informed of the current situation.
  • - Manage the project budget effectively.
  • - Prepare cost estimates based on the designs submitted to the client.
